Head of Customer is a senior leadership role and a member of the executive team, responsible for the strategy and execution of our go-to-market activity. This is not your standard 9am - 5pm role or business. We work hard because we want to achieve something special. We don’t believe in work-life balance as work is an important part of our life but we do give people the freedom (and support) to work out how they best balance life and also achieve our lofty goals.


Areas of responsibility -:

  • Lead generation marketing

  • Brand marketing

  • Sales - customer acquisition

  • Customer Success (inc. inbound support & expansion selling)


Ideally you will have experience in creating a growth agenda for a SaaS platform (preferably B2B SaaS) however it’s as much about the person as it is your direct experience.


Skills

  • Must be curious and a passionate learner

  • Be able to balance the creative & commercial

  • Want to get your hands dirty (meet customers, lead campaign activity

The team is currently 7 FTE but the successful candidate will have the mandate to grow the team (especially in the areas of Marketing & Sales) as they demonstrate success.


Remuneration

Executive level (based on the right person).


This is a genuine chance for a growth-focused person to lead the growth activity for the business as we embark on an aggressive (international) growth journey.
